Contract Management Engineering

All contracts are primarily the responsibility of The Managing Director and E&M Operations Manager.  Specific contracts are allocated to the Project Mangers who co-ordinate the projects, plan labour and schedule specialist materials throughout the contract period.  The Project Managers deal with all financial aspects of the contracts from conception to completion.

Small Works & Maintenance Division & Specialist Testing

Our Project Manager is responsible for the small works & maintenance division, which includes all electrical testing for new and existing clients.  Three experienced engineers attend to call outs and planned maintenance visits for various clients.  The engineers also carry out the following statutory tests:- 
•Annual Portable Appliance Testing
•5 Year Installation Testing
•Fire Alarm Testing
•Emergency Lighting Testing
•Petrol Station & Inflammable Storage Testing
