Senior Management

The senior management team is responsible for developing the company strategic plan, setting business objectives and budget, recruitment and retention of staff, developing safety systems, monitoring health & safety issues, maintaining client contacts & developing new relationships, managing all operations within the agreed parameters and corporate governance of all business affairs.

The team meets monthly to review management accounts and operational matters and annually to review accounts and budgets. The team are:

Project Management

All contracts are run as Projects and are managed by experienced Electrical or Mechanical Project Managers. Works are streamed into Retail, Electrical and Mechanical sectors.

Gill & Wilkinson Ltd specialises in Retail sector works and these projects are managed by staff within the Retail team. Project values range from £10k - £750k.

Individual Electrical (non-retail) and Mechanical (non-retail) projects are managed by Electrical or Mechanical Project Managers. Project values range from £10k - £200k.

Combined Mechanical & Electrical projects are managed by Project Managers looking after their own disciplines with one acting as 'lead' contact with the client. Project values range from £200k - £1m.

Project Mangers co-ordinate the projects, plan labour and schedule specialist materials throughout the contract period. The Project Managers deal with all financial aspects of the contracts from conception to completion.

Administration

Administration, financial and personnel matters are managed in the Leeds office by the financial and administration teams.
